Our daily habits are developed through routine.  If we are living life like a pin ball being banged around all day, we never can successfully lose weight for the long term.  Get good about establishing a daily routine of eating better, performing physical activity, getting motivation, and learning or improving.  Over time our routines develop new habits and our habits develop our life.  Bad habits are easy to form and hard to live with.  Good habits are hard to form and easy to live with.
