We can all do anything for a day or two.  Most of us can do anything for a week or two.  It's the long journey where many will fall to the roadside.  Losing weight and keeping it off is a long game.  We must continually keep our mindset focused on Going The Distance.  What Distance?  The entire Distance, to the end, the finish line.  You can do it.
